LMCS General Meeting 5pm 1st May

Members are invited to attend a General Meeting of the Lake Monger Community Shed to be convened at 17:00 at the Lake Monger Recreation Club on 1 May, 2026.
The main purpose of this meeting is to propose four (4) individual Special Resolutions regarding changes to the LMCS Constitution. There will be a separate debate and vote for each of the four Special Resolutions. This event is important to improve the constitution in various key areas.
The Special Resolutions and supporting material have been included in the notice emailed to members 9/04/26
As per Rule 54, members not able to attend, or for other reasons wishing to appoint a proxy; they can vote by using the proxy form as linked below.
